By using BVAT, you understand that the product is a service-led ritual: profile interpretation, curation, preparation, presentation, and physical delivery.

Nature of the service

BVAT does not promise that the standalone retail value of the final object equals the full price paid. The price includes interpretation, selection, handling, presentation, fulfillment, and the gift itself.

Mystery and discretion

The final object is not revealed before arrival. BVAT may describe direction, boundaries, and rationale without disclosing the exact selection.

Questionnaire accuracy

The quality of the ritual depends on honest answers, clear exclusions, and useful context. BVAT is not responsible for issues caused by omitted allergies, restrictions, sensitivities, or address details.

Manual confirmation

After payment, BVAT may require additional information before fulfillment. Delayed replies can delay delivery.

Availability

Objects, packaging, makers, delivery options, and rush handling depend on availability. BVAT may substitute within the intended direction when needed.
