After checkout

BVAT contacts the payer to confirm the recipient address, delivery window, rush needs, anonymous delivery, card message, and any final restrictions.

Standard delivery

Standard fulfillment depends on service level, sourcing complexity, destination, and carrier availability. The exact window is confirmed manually after payment.

Rush requests

Urgent requests are reviewed manually. If a faster path requires additional cost, BVAT will confirm it before charging any extra amount.

Specific dates

You may request a target date. BVAT will confirm whether it is realistic based on sourcing and shipping conditions.

Returns

Because BVAT includes personalized interpretation, curation, and private preparation, completed rituals are generally not returnable simply because the mystery object was unexpected. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact BVAT promptly with photos and the order number.

Address changes

Address changes can only be accepted before shipment is arranged. Once a parcel is with a carrier, changes depend on carrier rules.
